Description of the Hotel

The tourist unit consists of 16 total houses which have a ground floor and a first floor divided into 2 complexes of 8 houses each complex.
The 14 houses have a total area of 53.12 sq.m. (ground floor and first floor) and contain 4 beds each. A double room on the ground floor and a double room on the first floor.
The floors of each of these houses are connected by an internal staircase and there is a separate internal door for someone to enter as well as a separate wc.
There are also 2 houses with a total area of 72.59 sq.m. (Ground and First Floor)
and contain 6 beds each. A double room on the ground floor together with a folding sofa for 2 people and a double bed on the first floor.
The maximum guest accommodation capacity of the hotel in full development is up to 68 people
The floors of each of these houses are connected by an internal staircase and there is a separate internal door that separates them so that someone can enter, as well as a separate wc.
Each complex consists of 8 houses buildings and they are built on the back of the other complex with opposite orientation which are separated by a communication corridor where the visitor can cross the back of the buildings (back) and head towards the hotel café-bar .
Each house has a ground floor courtyard area and a balcony on the 1st floor where they are separated by a partition structure from the neighboring house.
